With decades of hands-on experience feeding America’s Armed Forces and supporting USDA humanitarian relief efforts around the world, the AbilityOne Program understands the needs of Federal customers.
Our AbilityOne Network manages in excess of 225,000 square feet of food production space housed within over 49 million cubic feet of warehousing. Worldwide distribution capabilities provide shipping to the customer no matter where they are located; within the continental United States or around the world.
Through our national network of NPAs, AbilityOne meets Federal food product sourcing requirements while creating employment opportunities for people who are blind or have significant disabilities.

Food products we package, supply and distribute include:
Custom Manufacturing, Development and Co-Branding Agreements
AbilityOne food producers can customize product blends and packaging, including packing sizes to meet our customer’s requirements which helps reduce waste and preparation time for maximum efficiency.
AbilityOne also has co-branding agreements with Kraft Foods, Sara Lee and other nationally recognized brands, providing “taste from home” household name foods in the U.S. and abroad.
Modern Manufacturing Operations
With thorough knowledge of Federal, state and local regulatory requirements, our manufacturing operations are state-of-the-art and able to compete with any commercial food manufacturing counterpart. We use the latest commercial industry best practices and meet all Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), United States Army Veterinary Command (VETCOM) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) quality requirements.
All operations are compliant and have certifications such as:
- ISO Compliant
- Kosher Certified
- American Institute of Baking (AIB) Certified
Where applicable, all operations are inspected by:
- U.S. Army Veterinary Service
- USDA
- Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
